The vibration mode of cement brick machine determines its working principle. The general vibration modes are divided into two types: shaking table vibration forming (called table vibration) and mold box vibration forming (called mold vibration).

When the number of dummy blocks is small, oscillation sources can be set under the mold box; when the number of dummy blocks is large, two or more oscillation sources can be set under the mold box. When the oscillation source is long, the oscillation can not be completely synchronized due to the influence of motor starting speed and speed difference.
molding: there are mainly two types, one is vibration mode, that is, the transmission shaft with analgesic block is directly installed at both ends of the mold box, the motor rotates through the pulley to make the transmission shaft rotate, and the two motors at both ends of the mold box roll. On the contrary, the centrifugal forces in the horizontal direction cancel each other, and the centrifugal forces in the linear direction superimpose on each other, and then oscillate in the linear direction. Because the motor vibrates the mold box directly, the amplitude and frequency of the mold box and its concrete mixture are common with the oscillation system. However, due to the speed and speed difference of the two motors, the oscillation at both ends of the module is not completely synchronous. This type of swing cement block machine has a relatively small number of blocks per molding. At present, there are six blocks, but the oscillation power is high, and the oscillation power of each block is 5 to 6.2kw. The other is the vibration mode, which is supported by the swing and pain axis installed on the frame of the molding machine, and connected to the mold box through the connecting rod mechanism, so that the mold box has a linear swing. The number of blocks produced by the oscillating cement brick machine each time is small, and the oscillation power is also large.
