1. Place the spacer and the cathode electrode into the coin cell cathode case one by one and put the coated-side of the cathode electrode up and in the middle. The coin cell disc cutting machine is suitable for cutting the electrode, copper foil, aluminum foil and battery separator.
2. Use the pipette or syringe to complete the electrolyte injection process, complete and uniform wetting of the electrode surface. TOB pipette is mainly used for battery electrolyte injection and battery research.
3. Use the battery separator to cover the cathode electrode.
4. Use the pipette or syringe to wet the separator surface and make it flat.
5. Clamp the lithium chip(R=15.8mm) and put it in the middle of the battery separator. You must guarantee success once, because the lithium chip will adsorb to the electrolyte and the battery separator. If you don't get it right, it's very difficult to adjust.
6. Place the spacer on the lithium chip, ensure be aligned.
7. Place the conical or wave spring on the spacer, ensure be aligned.
8. Cover the cell with the anode case and put it into the coin cell crimping machine for sealing.
