A variation of the compression load cell with a 'through-hole' design for installation around bolts or shafts. Fully welded stainless steel construction and high overload capability for optimum performance. Available for ranges from 100 g up to 100,000 lbs with accuracy from 0.25% to 0.50%.

Force sensing load pins are a unique type of load cell designed to replace existing clevis bolts, shear pins, shear axles, pulley shafts, and other load bearing pins. We can provide a form-fit-function load pin replacement that eliminates special fixturing and allows the current clevis configuration to be transformed into a precision load monitoring system. Clevis pins and load pins from tecsis are constructed of all-welded stainless steel. They are shock and vibration resistant and are hermetically sealed to survive in the most severe operating conditions. We offer ranges from 3,000 to 200,000 pounds and accuracies to 0.03%.
