Electrode making

• Baking active material

• Mixing and grinding prepared baking material

• Vacuum mixing positive and negative mixture

• Measure the viscosity with a viscometer and record it for next time

• Filtered particles and all hard particle which particle size not less than 124 microns

• Coated positive and negative materials respectively on fluid collection and drying

• Roll press the electrode to reduce thickness, increase density

• Put electrode into drying oven and deep baking

Battery package

• Cut the positive and negative plate and separator paper into small discs of specified diameter

• Move the cutting pole, diaphragm, electrolyte and battery case into glove box(Water and oxygen content should be less than 11PPM)

• Put the order in accordance with the battery assembly from the bottom of the stack and is filled with electrolyte: anode shell > flat pad metal lithium electrolyte amount > > the amount of electrolyte layer of cathode electrolyte separator amount > > the amount of electrolyte electrolyte > > the amount of flat pad cathode shell shrapnel

• Assembling coin cells by using coin cell sealing machine

Battery testing

• Use a battery analyzer to test the battery's capacitance and cycle aging

• Measure the internal resistance of the battery with an internal resistance tester
